Job Title : Sales Executive – Housing and Mortgage Loan Sales

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Employment Type     : Full-time

Industry                    : Financial Services / DSA (Direct Selling Agent)

Experience               : 1-3 years in sales (preferably in banking, housing loans, or

mortgage sales)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our firm, specializing in Housing Loans and Mortgage Loan sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential clients, promoting loan products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition :

Identify and approach potential customers for home loans, mortgage loans, and loan against property (LAP).

Sales & Business Development :

Promote loan products from partner banks / NBFCs, explain features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

Customer Relationship Management :

Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring smooth documentation and approval.

Market Research :

Stay updated on housing loan trends, competitor offerings, and banking policies.

Target Achievement :

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Coordination with Banks / NBFCs :

Liaise with financial institutions for quick loan processing and disbursal.

Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all KYC, income, and property documents are verified as per bank guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience : Prior experience in housing and mortgage loan sales, banking, DSA, or

real estate financing is preferred.

Communication : Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills (English + Local Language).

Networking : Strong ability to build relationships with customers and financial

partners.

Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM tools, loan processing software, and digital sales

techniques.

Self-Motivated : Driven to achieve targets with minimal supervision.
