Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Head - Birthday. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales and managing accounts related to birthday parties. The role involves leading a team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.

Experience in Account Management

Proven Team Management skills

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
