  • Open for Delhi / Noida location
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements. Create Deal Synopsis and conduct deal qualification with identified stakes.
  • Ability of ‘Speed Reading’ large document sets (like RFP / RFI / EOI / RFQ) or proactive leads comprehend the solution needs, customer requirements to a high level solution needs, map solution areas to relevant organization practice capabilities and teams, ability to communicate the solution construct and deal construct to practices and leadership teams.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand the solution details, requirements. And consult them to refine their requirements and provide practical solution view.
  • Work with partners eco-system, OEM’s, Alliance teams – create and secure agreements on workshare.
  • Develop overall deal structure, solution strategy, win-themes which may include broad architecture tenets, high-level design, statements of work, service design and bills of materials.
  • Lead technical responses, verify and align responses to customer proposal ask.
  • Author proposal responses, develop compelling proposal presentation and undertake proposal defence, use case demonstrations and proofs of concept in collaboration with sales, customers, practice teams
  • Present organization products and services capabilities to prospects & partners and be their trusted technical solution advisor.
  • Deal review with various stakes like financial, legal, business, delivery, and operations perspective. Develop and manage the project schedule and formulate the pursuit timeline and reviews / gates.
  • Work on commercials and navigate the opportunity to winning number. Closely work with practices, partners, sales team. Work on optimization levers, secure respective approvals.
  • Influence / challenge the Account / Practice Team to optimize the chances of winning
  • Participate and facilitate client visits
  • Win-Loss Analysis to leadership teams
  • Handovers to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from presales to delivery
  • Stay abreast of technology developments relevant to Impetus and its competitors
  • Deep Understanding on IT industry services offerings across services like AMS, AD, Infra, Digital, consulting etc
