Python & Django Developer (Full Stack AI)

bCatalyst Labs is building the future of Voice AI infrastructure with a powerful SaaS platform that helps developers and enterprises create, deploy, manage, and scale Voice AI agents effortlessly. We’re looking for a Junior Python & Django Developer reporting directly to the Head of Product Engineering.

You’ll play a critical role in turning our product vision into reality by building the foundational platform components, shaping our engineering practices, and collaborating closely with the AI Architect and founding team.

What You’ll Do :

Collaborate with the founding team to design and build core product features from the ground up.

Help develop scalable, robust, and maintainable systems using Django, PostgreSQL, and other core technologies.

Work closely with AI engineers to integrate state-of-the-art Voice AI technologies.

Contribute to product ideation and innovation, taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Play a key role in setting up best practices for development, deployment, and team collaboration.

You Should Bring :

Experience : 1+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments.

Tech Stack Proficiency : Expertise in Django, PostgreSQL, and Python. Familiarity with AI agents and Voice AI systems is a plus.

DevOps : Familiarity with CI / CD, GitOps, GitHub Actions is a plus.

Problem Solver : Ability to think critically and creatively to solve technical challenges while maintaining a focus on scalability and efficiency.

Collaboration : Ability to work in a collaborative, transparent, and high-paced startup environment.
