• Mentor mid-level team members and raise the bar on delivery and thinking
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and data teams for seamless campaign execution
• Explore new platform opportunities , lead A / B testing frameworks, and embrace automation
• Present media insights and campaign performance in a way that sparks client confidence and action
• Contribute to Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and long-term brand growth discussions
