Engage with high-net-worth clients (HNIs) and investors to promote premium villa projects across India.Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, and investment goals to recommend suitable villa projects.Conduct virtual and on-site property presentations and coordinate client visits.Negotiate and close high-value property transactions with professionalism and integrity.Maintain a strong network with builders, developers, and channel partners in the luxury segment.Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and investment opportunities in the luxury real estate market.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM data for all client interactions.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury or villa segment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of premium real estate markets in cities like Goa, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurugram, and Noida.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online real estate platforms.
- Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and site visits.
