We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will guide students, parents, and educators in choosing and utilizing our digital learning platforms. They will play a pivotal role in addressing academic needs, resolving queries, and enhancing user engagement.

Key Responsibilities : Knowledge of programming languages like Python, C, C++ will be appreciatedEngage with parents and educators to understand to recommend suitable solutions through our digital platforms.Follow up on inquiries and convert them into enrollments.Assist users with onboarding, including platform setup, navigation, and understanding course materials.Address academic and technical queries related to the platform.Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed advice.Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to attract more users.

Skills

Educational Background : BSc / BCA / MSc / MCA. A master’s degree is a plus.Tech Savvy : Comfortable with digital platforms, Online meeting platforms etc.

Experience : Prior experience in academic counselling or EdTech platforms is highly desirable.Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (and other regional languages, if applicable).Preferred immediate joiners
