About the Role
We’re building a hands-on Fine Arts program where students don’t just learn techniques — they develop their own artistic voice.
We’re looking for practicing artists and mentors who can help students master fundamentals like drawing and painting, while also guiding them to create original, portfolio-worthy work.
What You'll Do
- Teach core subjects : Drawing, Painting (Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor), Portraiture, Composition, Art History
- Help students explore traditional and contemporary art styles
- Conduct studio-based classes that focus on technique, expression, and experimentation
- Guide students in building a strong portfolio for exhibitions, further studies, or freelance work
- Organize student showcases, exhibitions, and community art projects
- Create an open, critique-friendly, and inspiring studio culture
