We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist with 5-7 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, and Discovery along with strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Design, configure, and maintain an accurate CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
• Integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ensuring a seamless workflow.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery to map infrastructure and applications.
• Customize and develop applications using ServiceNow Custom App Developer tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow environments.
• Provide best practices and mentorship to junior team Skills :
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery Implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified : ITOM Implementation Specialist & ITSM Implementation Specialist preferred.
• Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.
