Job description10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains). Working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365). Strong SQL Server skills – queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization. Proficiency in .NET Framework , C# , VB.NET , and ASP.NET . Experience with Microsoft technologies like Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead small teams. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365. Experience with cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and exposure to other Microsoft Dynamics ERP / CRM solutions . The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of business processes and hands-on technical skills in MS SQL Server , .NET , and Microsoft technologies for UI and integration development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP and other Dynamics modules as needed.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server , .NET , and Microsoft UI technologies .
- Support modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.
- Work with tools like Modifier , Dexterity , Integration Manager , eConnect , and SmartList Builder .
- Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage.
- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
