About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Sales Leasing Manager with strong exposure to commercial / office space leasing in the Delhi NCR market. The ideal candidate should have excellent client-handling skills, a deep understanding of the real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end office leasing activities — from prospecting to closure.
Identify potential tenants and maintain relationships with corporate clients and brokers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
Negotiate lease terms and ensure smooth transaction execution.
Maintain leasing reports, occupancy data, and pipeline updates.
Required Skills & Experience :
3–4 years of relevant experience in office / commercial leasing (Delhi NCR market preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record in meeting sales / leasing targets.
Team leadership or team-handling experience / aptitude is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
