Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment and care plans.
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals and other team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient progress and responses.
• Support health promotion initiatives and contribute to the prevention of illness through patient and community education.
• Offer guidance and information to patients and their families to help them understand treatment options and care plans.
• Supervise and mentor Enrolled Nurses and other care staff to maintain high standards of care.
