About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, and Python .

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist who can design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—product, architecture, and DevOps—to deliver high-quality, secure, and performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Lead development efforts for both frontend and backend components using React, Next.js, Node.js, and GraphQL .
  • Architect and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs , ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code , following modern software engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
  • Integrate applications with backend systems and third-party APIs.
  • Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and reliability .
  • Drive and participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring junior developers .
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, proactively introducing improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12–15 years of proven experience in Software development .
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and GraphQL .
  • Solid understanding of Python for backend development, scripting, or microservices.
  • Experience with front-end architecture , component-driven design, and responsive web development.
  • Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures .
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and deployment pipelines (CI / CD).
  • Proficiency with Git , testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.), and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to design and deliver elegant technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions.
