Drive Annual Goal Setting and Performance Management process to deepen a Meritocratic Culture in the organization.Coach line managers on effective PMS / Feedback processes.Frame & communicate Annual Corporate & Department KPIs and devise system to monitor them on quarterly basis.Develop a method to identify top and bottom performers to appropriately recognize and reward them. Drive PIP, Performance Coaching.Capability Building :
Develop capability among workforce in AI / ML, Robotics etc towards up-skilling and re-skilling to meet changing operational landscape.Leadership Capability development to build next gen leaders who can steer the company towards the future.Operational Efficiency :
Drive productivity / efficiency by optimizing manpower costs, tracking metrics and identifying redundancies.Work on systematically improving / optimizing HR processes to drive efficient policy deployment.MBA or MA / MS in Human resources or related field from reputed institute.Candidate should possess 10-12 years of experience in all areas of Human Resource function as HRBP with special focus on Talent, Capability, Culture.Deep understanding and experience of HR processes implementation that is employee centric and business focused.Strategic thinker to work with senior management.Excellent communication skills to influence employees & stakeholders at all levels.Technological savvy to drive efficiencies and to engage the workforce through innovations in technology solutions, more so related to HRMS.Vigilant on latest happeningsrelated to Industrial relationsAdaptability with business challenges – Present & Future
