Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead

Roles& Responsibilities : -

Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible

for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to

problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and

configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact - Manage the team and ensure successful

project delivery Professional & Technical Skills : -

Must Have Skills : Marketing experience is mandatory

• Good To Have Skills : Experience with other CRM platforms - Strong understanding of Microsoft

Dynamics CRM Technical - Experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions - Knowledge of

CRM customization and configuration - Experience in integrating CRM with other systems - Familiarity

with CRM best practices - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Additional Information : - The

candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - This

position is based at our Pune office - A 15-year full-time education is required.
