About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to join our product-based team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide teams toward successful delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clarity of requirements.
• Remove impediments to the teams progress and foster a collaborative environment.
• Track sprint progress and help the team meet commitments through continuous improvement.
• Promote Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
