Business Analyst.

Generic Skills

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in investment banking,

specifically in securities settlement and confirmation.

Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, including trade capture, matching, confirmation, and settlement across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives).

Familiarity with industry platforms and standards (e.g., SWIFT, DTCC, Omgeo CTM, Euroclear, Clearstream).

Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and own the product roadmap for securities settlement and confirmation platforms.

Collaborate with operations, technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features.

Lead the development and enhancement of post-trade processing systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., T+1, CSDR, DTCC, SWIFT).

Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning in Agile / Scrum environments.

Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.

Drive automation and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Conduct UAT planning, execution, and sign-off in coordination with QA and business users.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for securities lifecycle events, trade matching, settlement instructions, and reconciliation processes.
