Junior Program Advisor – Sales

Experience : Fresher / College Students

Work Mode : Permanent Work From Home

Shift : US (9 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Role Overview

We’re looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken Junior Program Advisors to join our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who’s just starting their career in sales, enjoys engaging conversations, and is eager to work in a high-performance environment.

As a Program Advisor, you’ll connect with potential learners, guide them through our programs, and help them take the next big step in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Reach out to webinar / masterclass registrants before sessions and engage with them

post-sessions.

  • Build a quick rapport, understand learner needs, and recommend suitable programs.
  • Explain program features, address queries, and ensure smooth enrollment.
  • Maintain lead data and communication updates in CRM.
  • Track key metrics such as connects made, meaningful conversations, and conversions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and continuous engagement.

    • Role Requirements

    Essential :

  • Excellent English communication skills (non-negotiable).
  • Comfortable speaking with senior professionals.
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
  • Flexibility to work US night shifts (9 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM).
  • Curiosity or interest in AI and emerging tech.

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Exposure to marketing (SEO, performance marketing).
