About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to lead algorithmic improvements and optimization initiatives for our core programmatic advertising products. This is a full-stack data science role where you will own the complete lifecycle from ideation to execution, working closely with product and business stakeholders to drive measurable impact on campaign performance and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead algorithmic improvements for programmatic advertising optimization products
• Design and develop ML models and optimization algorithms to enhance system performance and decision-making capabilities
• Develop performance optimization programs - identify bottlenecks, optimize query performance, model inference latency, and system throughput
• Full-stack ownership : Take ideas from vision to implementation - ideation, modeling, deployment, and execution
• Work extensively with Snowflake data warehouse - write complex SQL queries, design efficient data pipelines, optimize for scale (20M+ jobs / day)
• Work on generative AI and agentic AI projects and initiatives
• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
