Role : Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships.
Work mode : Remote ( Preferably based in Bangalore, not mandatory).
Reports to : Co-founder, Rang De.
Function : Brand & Partnerships.
Role Overview :

- Were looking for a Brand Experience Marketing Lead, someone who sees brand not just as communication, but as a feeling that people carry with them after every touchpoint.
- This is not a conventional marketing role.
- You will be the custodian of how Rang De is experienced by our social investors, borrowers, partners, and team members ensuring that every interaction, digital or physical, reflects our values of trust, empathy, and impact.
- Youll also lead brand partnerships, co-creating meaningful collaborations that amplify our mission and help new audiences discover the power of social investing.
Key Partnerships & Identify and nurture purpose-aligned partnerships with brands, communities, and organizations that share Rang Des values.
Co-create campaigns and experiences that drive awareness, participation, and advocacy for social investing.Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, from concept to activation and storytelling.Ensure every collaboration upholds Rang Des tone of authenticity and integrity.Brand Experience Stewardship :
Map key stakeholder touchpoints (social investors, borrowers, partners, internal teams) and evaluate their experiential quality.Design and implement initiatives to enhance these experiences, whether through communication, interface, or physical events.Collaborate with product, communications, and impact teams to ensure a seamless, emotionally resonant brand journey.Create signature Rang De brand experiences that leave a lasting impression ; events, community engagements, or digital moments.Brand Storytelling through Experience :
Bring Rang Des impact to life through emotive storytelling and experiential formats.Work closely with content and design teams to translate stories from the field into immersive brand narratives.Curate multi-sensory storytelling opportunities that help people feel the Rang De difference.Brand Health & Insights :
Develop metrics to measure brand experience; engagement, sentiment, recall, and advocacy.Gather insights from stakeholders and use them to continuously refine experiences.Build internal playbooks and guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.Ideal Profile :
6-10 years of experience in brand marketing, experiential marketing, or strategic partnerships.Strong empathy and design sensibility, you intuitively understand how people experience a brand.Proven ability to conceptualize and execute partnership-led campaigns or immersive experiences.Experience collaborating across creative, product, and communications teams.Excellent storytelling and written communication skills.Deep interest in social change, sustainability, or purpose-driven brands.What Success Looks Like :
