We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) to play a pivotal role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS HCM modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS HCM modules including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Career Development, and Core HR.
- Develop and maintain payroll technical components such as Fast Formulas, payroll interfaces, custom reports, and extensions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues in Oracle HCM modules.
- Create functional and technical documentation including BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, and user guides.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new releases with regression testing and impact analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
6+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules.Strong hands-on expertise in at least two or more of the following areas :Compensation & Benefits – design, configuration, salary / bonus processes, benefits administration.Payroll Technical – Fast Formulas, Payroll APIs, payroll runs, costing, retro-pay, and interfaces.Career Development – employee appraisals, succession planning, talent management within EBS.Core HR Techno-Functional – HRMS configuration, data migrations, workflows, reporting, and personalization.Benefits
