Roles & Responsibilities :

Evaluation of written tests for new applicants for EnglishInterviews of new applicantsAssigning training assignments to traineesReviewing the submitted assignments and providing perceptive feedbackCreating training modules / Documents for the new traineesCalls / meetings on a regular basis with the trainees as well as tutorsCatering to the doubts and concerns of the teamKeeping a close eye on the attendance / productivity of the teamCompleting internal reviews for the tutors to identify and rectify any quality concernsIdentifying any tutors with serious quality concerns for additional trainingIdentifying and resolving any error patterns from quantitative / qualitative data of tutors (Ratings, A%, O%, Reviews (Minimal / Elevated / Critical) etc.Maintaining internal trackers for tutors & traineesTaking responsibility for tutors’ performance and growth

Preference :

Prior experience as an English Trainer / Mentor

Mandatory Skills :

Excellent communication in English (written & oral)Good training skills – ability to train thoroughly, fluently, and confidently, answer questions posed by tutors / trainees politely and professionally

Education Qualification Required- BA / MA in English
