Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to join our team in Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on development experience and be proficient in customizing and extending Service Cloud capabilities to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including Apex Classes , Triggers , Lightning Components (Aura / LWC) , and Visualforce
• Work on Case Management , Omni-Channel , Knowledge Base , and Service Console enhancements
• Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
• Collaborate with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and best development practices
