Technical Expertise :

Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.Experience with implementing lean manufacturing techniques.Hands-on experience with 5-Axis, 4-Axis, and 3-Axis HMC and VMC machines.Expertise in advanced tooling methodologies and cutting parameter optimization.Skilled in CNC programming for Fanuc and Siemens controls.Proficiency in design tools, including CATIA, UG NX, and AutoCAD.

Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving shop floor challenges in daily operations.Capable of analyzing and executing tasks based on engineering drawings, procedures, reference sketches, weld plans, test plans, shift schedules, and planning documents.

Standards & Compliance :

Knowledge of ISO standards, including QMS (Quality Management System), EMS (Environmental Management System), and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety).
