CONSULTANT - BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Job Description

• Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the allocation and utilization of resources within a Business Unit.
• Duties involve managing human resources and related finances to ensure efficient resource utilization and alignment with project or organizational goals.
• Collaborate with business to assess resource needs, plan resource allocation, and address any resource-related challenges or constraints.
• Ensure resources in pool are effectively placed in open positions
• Responsible to drive maximum billability and decreased billable timelines
• Well versed in reporting and strong analytical skills along with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team in ensuring role fulfilment is on time and quality profiles are being sourced to business
