Technical Skills :
Candidate must be knowledgeable in Apex, including both Synchronous and Asynchronous processes.
Must have hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.
Strong understanding of Integration is required.
Familiarity with CI / CD processes, including version control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.
Experience with Salesforce Developer Experience (SFDX) is essential.
Agentforce experience is optional but considered good to have.
Must be knowledgeable in Flows, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards, Lightning Record Pages, Custom Settings, and Custom Metadata.
Understanding of Sharing Rules is required.
Experience with Salesforce Mobile is optional but good to have.
Soft Skills :
Candidate must be able to provide Salesforce solutions, including performing analysis for a story and offering the appropriate solution and effort estimation.
Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users via email, chat, and calls (most calls require an open camera).
Knowledge in the banking or financial services domain is highly recommended.
Must have the ability to balance workload, as the developer will be assigned 30 points for a 2-week sprint, along with client-related calls and, based on capacity, may be asked to handle production support items.
Should possess the ability to adapt quickly, as most knowledge transfers (KTs) will be provided through recorded sessions, and candidates are expected to take on work from day one with the team.
