AVP - Product

Dream11 is seeking an experienced AVP - Product to lead complex product initiatives and drive strategic roadmaps. If you have extensive experience in product management, a proven leadership track record, and hands-on expertise in building consumer-facing mobile apps / games, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful features aligned with our company's objectives.

Your Role

• Work on complex product initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams while prioritizing the most impactful features.
• Create strategic roadmaps with clear, measurable goals for the product team that align with the company's objectives.
• Build strong relationships both within and outside the product team to enhance synergy.
• Be hands-on with demonstrated in-depth knowledge, skills, and execution capabilities in building consumer-facing products .
• Proactively seek and recruit top Product talent to continually elevate your team standards.
