Experience :  3+ years

At  TransportSimple , we’re transforming how fleet owners manage their operations with our unique SaaS solutions. We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to assist our expanding customer base.What You’ll Do

  • POC for all the customers.
  • Solve queries via calls, chats & emails in  Hindi & English  (written and verbal – compulsory)
  • Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions.
  • Ensure tickets are closed within SLAs and escalate when needed.
  • Build long-lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer experiences.

Skills Required

  • Experience : Must have worked in a client-facing role for a software / IT company.
  • Languages :  Fluency in  Hindi & English
  • Communication Skills :  Strong verbal & written communication, active listening, empathy, and patience.
  • Customer Handling :  Ability to manage difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and relationship building.
  • Problem Solving :  Analytical thinking, troubleshooting mindset, and quick decision-making under pressure.
  • Domain Knowledge (Good to Have) :  Exposure to  logistics, transport tech, or SaaS platforms
