Urgent Search : Frontend Engineer — React / Fintech SaaS (E-Solve Collections Platform)

About E-Solve :

E-Solve is building India’s first hybrid AI + field debt-collections platform, combining AI calling, analytics, payments, and compliance in a single SaaS stack.

Our goal : make debt recovery smarter, multilingual, and fully compliant — for lenders, NBFCs, and fintechs.

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who loves building clean, high-performance dashboards and user experiences that connect complex systems in simple, elegant ways.

Your Mission :

1. Design and implement all client-facing and internal web experiences of the E-Solve Platform :

2. Client Dashboard : Portfolio analytics, payments, recovery stats, compliance logs.

3. Agent Dashboard : Live call popups, borrower data, dispositions, and payment links.

4. Developer Portal : API docs, sandbox, and webhook dashboard.

5. You’ll work directly with our Backend Lead, Product Designer, and Technical PM, owning the entire front-end lifecycle — from design handoff to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop responsive, modular UI components using React + Tailwind.

2. Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and webhook data feeds.

3. Implement multilingual and RTL (vernacular) support.

4. Create dashboards with live analytics (charts, metrics, compliance alerts).

5. Optimize for performance, security, and accessibility.

6. Collaborate on CI / CD pipelines with DevOps for zero-downtime deploys.

7. Maintain code documentation, version control (GitHub), and reusable design patterns.

Technical Requirements :

1. 3–6 years of experience in front-end engineering.

2. Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js (optional), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and HTML5 / CSS3.

3.. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication flows (JWT / OAuth).

4. UI frameworks : Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar.

5. Familiarity with Redux, React Query, or Zustand for state management.

6. Comfortable working with Figma handoffs and responsive design.

7. Knowledge of charting libraries (Recharts / Chart.js / D3.js).

8. Basic understanding of DevOps (Docker, AWS S3 / CloudFront deployment).

Nice to Have :

1.Fintech, SaaS, or enterprise dashboard experience.

2.Experience with multilingual apps or internationalization (i18n).

3.Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC).

4.Exposure to data visualization best practices.

5.Understanding of WebSocket / event-driven UI updates.
