Job descriptionThe PMO Associate ensures projects are delivered efficiently, within governance frameworks, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role is critical for maintaining transparency, mitigating risks, and enabling strategic decision-making. Best in class leave policy. Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and compliance requirements. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items. Coordinate management information requests across stakeholders. Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure version control. Support financial tracking, resource allocation, and variance analysis. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and newsletters for senior management. Facilitate clear communication between project teams and leadership. Monitor time reporting compliance and reconcile reported hours. Support onboarding / offboarding processes and maintain resource trackers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with PMO tools like SharePoint, Power BI. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and time management. Ability to work independently and exhibit ownership. Preferred Certifications PMP or equivalent certification is desirable Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, IT, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support (banking / BFSI experience preferred). - This role is in the operations space and involves close coordination with Ops leadership on projects and initiatives
