TCS is hiring for AS400 (RPG / 400)
Desired Experience Range : 6 to 10 Years
Job Location : Delhi / Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore
Must-Have
- Minimum 4- 6 years of development industry experience with exposure to complete life cycle of development at least once on CLP / RPG / RPGLE on commercial applications.
- Extensive Knowledge of AS400 technology (RPGLE, CLLE, DB2), ILE which also means working knowledge of modular programming in ILE-RPG including Modules, Service Programs etc.
- Appreciation and knowledge of effort estimation, Unit Testing. Should be experienced in writing comprehensive Unit Test Cases / Plans. Able to execute & coordinate SIT & UAT with another vendor and Project Implementation
- Knowledge of trouble shooting during various phases of development
- Reasonable working experience of coding new (and changing) complex CL programs.
- Knowledge of DB2 concepts and associated methodologies.
- Should have good English communication and experience in multi culture work environment.
