Job descriptionDrive sales and revenue growth for Meetings & Events through new client acquisition and account expansion. Develop and implement sales strategies, proposals, and pitches tailored to corporate clients. Build strong relationships with decision-makers in corporates, associations, and key industry verticals. Collaborate with operations and event delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Stay updated on M&E industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong sales pipelines. Coordinate with Quotation team to update and upload new MICE products for MICE stakeholders. Knowledge & Skills : Relevant experience of 5 to 8 years Self-motivated and a good teamwork player. Good negotiation skills. Analytical thinking, attention to detail and accuracy. Proven track record in driving revenue and building long-term client partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
