Location : Bangalore, India

We are looking for a skilled SAP CPI Developer to join our team in Bangalore and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of SAP CPI interfaces. Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) interfaces.
  • Specialize in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with various 3rd Party Systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with clients to thoroughly understand their unique business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications and integration designs.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation on best practices for SAP CPI integrations, including security, performance, monitoring, and error handling.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and efficiently resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop, test, and deploy iFlows, message mappings, adapters, and other integration artifacts within the SAP CPI environment.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles to ensure the quality and reliability of integrated solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration standards, methodologies, and tools.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed interfaces, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, solution architects, and technical support teams, to deliver high-quality integration solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI / HCI).
  • Integration Concepts : Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, principles, and best practices.
  • SAP Integration : Proven experience in designing and developing integrations between SAP systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors) and non-SAP third-party applications.
  • SAP SuccessFactors : Familiarity with the data model and integration APIs of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in developing iFlows, message mappings (XSLT / Groovy script), adapters (SOAP, REST, SFTP, IDoc, JDBC), and security artifacts in SAP CPI.
  • XML / JSON : Strong understanding of XML, JSON, and other data interchange formats.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail in complex integration scenarios.
  • Communication : Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration : Ability to work closely and effectively with clients, functional consultants, and other technical teams.
