IT Project Manager (Contract to Hire-6 months)

This person will be the Program / Project manager responsible for all projects for Digital Workplace.

C2H hiring - timeline : 6 month contract with option to hire

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage end-to-end project delivery for end user services.

Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Create and manage portfolio plans using Microsoft Planner.

Work with team members on project tasks and status.

Domain Expertise

In-depth knowledge of end user services, including IT support and user experience improvement.

Familiarity with digital workplace tools and platforms.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in end user services.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Technical / Functional Skills

Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.

Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles.

Knowledge of end user services metrics and KPIs.

Certifications

Must Have : ITIL Certification / Project Management Professional (PMP)
