Senior Business Development Executive ERP & Fleet Solutions

Job descriptionIdentify and engage key decision-makers within construction firms, contractors, and equipment rental / logistics companies. Build strong client relationships by understanding their business processes, challenges, and goals. Recommend and demonstrate tailored enterprise software solutions including ERP , asset tracking , fleet management , and field operations software . Manage the entire sales cycle : from lead generation and prospecting to demos, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and contract closure. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and software capabilities. Use CRM tools to maintain sales pipeline, track activities, and generate accurate forecasts and reports. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to increase brand visibility and market intelligence. Oversee post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and account growth. Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales (SaaS, ERP, CRM). Strong domain expertise in construction , logistics , or heavy equipment rental . Proven ability to close complex B2B deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of digital transformation , asset lifecycle management , and field operations automation . Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for solving client challenges through technology.
