Job description10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in OD, change management, or cultural transformation roles. Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industry setup is mandatory . Strong understanding of OD frameworks, behavioral science, and organizational psychology. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics for decision-making. Exposure to digital HR tools and platforms preferred.
The Senior Manager – Human Resources (OD & Cultural Transformation) will be responsible for designing and implementing organization development strategies, driving cultural transformation initiatives, and enhancing leadership and employee effectiveness across the organization. The role requires a proactive HR leader with strong exposure to manufacturing environments, people analytics, and change management practices.
