A Jaipur based Higher Education Institution is planning to establish an "Arbitration and Mediation Centre" that shall be dedicated to providing accessible, efficient, and fair alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services . The Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Job Overview :

The CEO of the said Arbitration and Mediation Centre will play a crucial role in establishing and managing the centre’s operations, ensuring its growth, credibility, and impact. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities :

• Work towards developing the Centre as a financially viable and profitable entity, ensuring long-term success and stability.
• Build strategic partnerships with law firms, corporates, government bodies, and international arbitration institutions.
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks related to ADR in India and globally.
• Identify and empanel qualified arbitrators, mediators and other experts for the said Centre.
• Design and implement training programs & certifications in ADR for students, practitioners, and professionals.
• Integrate Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platforms and relevant technologies for digitalization needs of the Centre
