Experience - Min. 4+ yrs. as a CNC Maintenance Engineer

Salary - Upto 3.6 LPA

Location - Derabassi , Punjab

Job Description

Prepare and follow maintenance schedules for CNC turning machines.

Conduct routine inspections to identify early signs of wear, vibration issues, or misalignments.

Replace worn-out parts like belts, bearings, guideways, and coolant filters.

Monitor and analyze vibration, temperature, and spindle conditions.

Diagnose root causes of machine failures quickly and accurately.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Replace defective components like motors, encoders, servos, ball screws, or sensors.

Calibrate machine geometry and alignment (X, Y, Z axes) to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Use precision tools like dial gauges, laser alignment tools, and micrometers.

Inspect and service spindle units (bearing preload, balance, lubrication).

Maintain tool turret indexing, tool clamping, and tool setter calibration.
