This role bridges product line management and product development, overseeing the journey from concept to commercialization. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet brand standards, market demands, and financial goals. Key responsibilities include managing product data, coordinating sample development, and contributing to operational efficiency.

Job Summary

We seek an experienced QA Engineer to ensure seamless functionality across our NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, Shopify eCommerce, and Celigo integrations. You will design test strategies, automate workflows, and safeguard data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Planning & Execution

• Develop end-to-end test plans for :
• NetSuite : Order-to-cash, inventory, and financial workflows.
• Salesforce : Lead-to-opportunity, CPQ, and Service Cloud cases.
• Shopify : Checkout, payment gateways, and product syncs.
• Celigo : Validate data mappings (e.g., Shopify → NetSuite orders).
• Execute manual and automated tests for releases, patches, and integrations.
