Title- Executive- Accounts & Finance

Location- Vadodara (Onsite)

Shift- 10 AM- 7 PM IST

Education- B.Com OR MBA (Finance / Accounting)

Key Responsibilities :

Handles end-to-end monthly / quarterly incentive processing including data validation, calculation, and reconciliation.

Ensures accurate payouts, maintains reports, and coordinates with business teams for smooth operations.

Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and clarifications.

Prepare modify Incentive plans as per management requirements.

Ensures to update incentive data on dashboards for management.

Reconcile data with finance records and ensure payout accuracy.

Support process improvements and audits.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, SUMIFS, etc.) and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented, accurate, and deadline-driven.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Incentive calculation and performance tracking.

Accuracy in financial data handling.

Process documentation and standardization.

Proficiency in Excel and report automation.

Email and documentation management.

Maintains high confidentiality of financial and Incentive data.
