Business Head (Furniture)

The Business Head is responsible for driving sales growth by strengthening architect relationships, improving retail performance, ensuring optimal product assortment, maintaining high VM standards, supporting marketing execution, developing store staff, and ensuring operational excellence across regions. This role acts as the bridge between architects, retail stores, marketing, category, supply chain, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

A. Architect Connect & Business Development

• Build, grow, and manage relationships with architects across assigned regions.
• Conduct structured visits, presentations, and product demonstrations related to Baywindow and Elevate categories.
• Generate continuous inquiries from architect partners and channel influencers.
• Track inquiry pipeline, follow up periodically, and drive closure of opportunities.
• Organize architect meetups, product knowledge sessions, and brand engagement events.
• Share product samples, catalogues, and solutions to increase recall.
