Technical Lead - Python / Microservices Architecture

Position Title : Tech Lead Python Microservices.

Location : Noida / Dehradun (On-site).

Experience : 8- 10 Years.

Position Type : Full-Time.

Role Overview :

We are looking for an accomplished Tech Lead Python Microservices with extensive hands-on experience in backend engineering, architecture design, and leading development teams.

The ideal candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end project delivery while mentoring developers and ensuring best-in-class engineering practices.

Must-Have Skills :

• 8- 10 years of professional experience in Python backend development, including 3+ years in a technical / team leadership role.
• Proven track record in leading backend teams, conducting code reviews, and managing project delivery and timelines.
• Expertise in REST API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
• Strong understanding of backend security, including authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT).
• Experience with SSE, WebSockets, and real-time event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar AI integration frameworks.
• Strong database knowledge PostgreSQL / MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL systems.
• Deep experience with logging, monitoring, and tracing tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Ability to drive technical discussions, define architecture blueprints, and collaborate across product, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Experience in scalable system design, performance optimization, and high-availability deployments.
