Dunning Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns) Account Determination Settlement / Clearing Rules Collection Agencies Write-Offs / Value Adjustments Refunds Security Deposits Instalment Plans BRF+ Dunning will be an added advantage Life Cycle of an Open items Payment Plan Knowledge Tax Knowledge of Batch jobs Knowledge of Interface to Payment Gateways Inclination to understand and learn application / business functionality Good communicator, fast learner & a Team player Attention to detail, disciplined and reliable High motivation and confidence levels

Job Title : SAP ISU FICA Functional
Main Job Purpose : This is for ISU Support, Maintenance and Enhancement projects.
Responsibilities include :
- Working with a team of 4-5 ISU FICA Functional Consultants
- Handling of Incident and Change Request
- Familiar with SLA
- Working with deadlines
- Co-ordination with Offshore team and interaction with Customers
- Delivery within budget
Candidate should have work experience of at least 1 Support / Maintenance Project and at least 1 Development Project as ISU FICA Functional Consultant.
