Job description3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in lead generation and conversions. Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and other PPC platforms. Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ad spending for maximum results. Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies. Strong understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel marketing. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and manage paid media budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and high ROI.
- Conduct A / B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising.
- Implement retargeting, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies for improved conversion rates.
