MacrosEdit by Fit Faction is a premium fitness café and nutrition-focused meal brand built by the team behind Fit Faction Gym — one of Delhi NCR’s most forward-thinking fitness spaces.

We are currently setting up our flagship kitchen and café , and building a passionate team that will define the next standard in clean, science-backed, performance-driven food.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef / Core Culinary Team Member based in Model Town, Delhi.

You will work directly with the founder and head chef to :

• Assist in completing R&D, menu trials, and recipe finalisation
• Help set up and standardise the kitchen for large-scale meal delivery
• Support in menu costing, vendor coordination, and kitchen workflow setup
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure hygiene, quality, and consistency
• Play a key role in preparing for the launch of the MacrosEdit café
