Role Description
The Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of our clinic located in Gurgaon. This is a full-time, on-site role where the individual will be responsible for managing clinic staff, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality patient care, maintaining compliance with health regulations, and managing budgets effectively. The Clinic Manager will also handle scheduling, inventory management, and coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth functioning. Additionally, the Clinic Manager will be responsible for resolving patient concerns and fostering a positive clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Operational Management : Expertise in clinic operations, staff management, and process optimization.
- Healthcare Compliance : Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills : Excellent team management, conflict resolution, and communication abilities.
- Administrative and Financial Skills : Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to proactively identify and resolve operational and patient concerns effectively.
- Customer Service Orientation : Strong focus on patient satisfaction and creating a welcoming clinic environment.
- Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Work Experience : Prior experience in clinic management or healthcare administration is highly preferred.
