Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Client Engagement : Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.

Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products / services.

Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales quotas.

Relationship Management : Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related role.

Skills :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
