Job description

Experience : Minimum 1+ year of full-time experience in business development, sales, marketing roles

Qualification : Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field

Primary Skills : Strong communication & presentation skills, SaaS selling experience, exposure to international software services, technical marketing, lead generation and strong business acumen

Preferred : CRM Knowledge, Hands-on experience with cloud marketing tools, Digital marketing exposure is an added advantage

Job Description & Skills Expected :

  • Develop and implement overarching inbound / outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure and best practices across the company
  • Drive sales of software, solutions, products and ITeS services to new and existing leads
  • Proficiency in understanding various staffing augmentation models (BoT, T&M and etc.)
  • Leveraging experience in SaaS software sales and knowledge across tech verticals like networking, storage, cloud, GenAI, development, EngOps, and IoT
  • Execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies while expanding business relationships and the customer base
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Manage negotiations, close sales and consistently drive revenue growth working along with team
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback and other key metrics to senior management
  • Exhibit strong business acumen with the ability to foresee market trends and innovative strategies for improvement
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting our services and how they can benefit their business
  • Understand client business objectives and match our solutions to support those goals
  • Ability to work in a global organizational and service delivery environment
  • Strong vision with an ability to innovate and demonstrate to execute the vision
  • Must be passionate and self-motivated to work in a startup environment
  • Ability to manage existing and new sales pipelines while strategically building and maintaining short / medium / long-term business opportunities
  • Proficiency in articulating the value proposition of a Center of Excellence in tech partnerships
  • Understanding of offshoring, outsourcing, and global sales cycles
  • Experience in proposal development and creating presentations for business opportunities
