Position : Accounts Payable Intern

Location : Hyderabad

Duration : 6 months (paid internship, with potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance)

Responsibilities :

As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations. Your responsibilities include :

Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices for payment.

Ensuring all invoices are properly authorized and approved.

Reconciling vendor statements and addressing discrepancies.

Communicating with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Maintaining up-to-date records of invoices and vendor information.

Preparing and processing check runs while adhering to company policies.

Responding to vendor inquiries with professionalism.

Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Providing supporting documentation for audits.

Taking on other duties as assigned to support the finance team.

Qualifications :

We’re looking for a candidate with the following :

Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field (or final-year students).

A strong interest in Accounts Payable or related financial roles.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
