Social Media Content Creator

Role Overview We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and hands-on Content Creator to drive Kapaas’s social media storytelling. This role will focus on creating engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms — including video editing, reels, founder-led content, and in-house office shoots — while also coordinating with teams and ensuring all content is well-documented and stored.Key Responsibilities Competitor & Market ResearchResearch social media trends, competitor strategies, and new content formats.Share insights to improve Kapaas’s online presence and engagement.Content Creation & EditingIdeate, script, and edit short-form videos & reels aligned with brand guidelines.Manage and execute in-house content shoots (behind-the-scenes, office life, founder-led content).Support larger brand campaign shoots with pre- and post-production tasks.Social Media ManagementDraft, schedule, and post content across social channels.Ensure captions, hashtags, and tone are on-brand.Engage with the online community when required.Founder-Led ContentAssist in creating authentic, founder-backed posts and reels.Research formats and storytelling styles to highlight Kapaas’s brand story.Content Documentation & OrganizationManage content trackers, shoot plans, and creative calendars.Organize and store all content (photos, videos, reels) systematically for team access.Cross-Team CoordinationWork closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to align content with campaigns and launches.Collaborate with freelancers, agencies, or photographers when needed.Requirements 1–2 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or social media management (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).Strong knowledge of Instagram reels, editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.), and trending formats .Creative eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and detail.Ability to independently manage shoots, office content, and founder-led content.Excellent organizational skills for content storage and documentation.Passion for fashion, sustainability, and digital storytelling.What We Offer A chance to be part of a growing homegrown sustainable brand .Creative freedom to bring fresh ideas and experiment with new formats.Exposure to fashion exhibitions, shoots, and influencer / celebrity collaborations.A collaborative team environment with growth opportunities.
